IBS: Understanding the whole picture

A safe place to understand and learn about your gut health.

Having IBS, being bloated, in pain and feeling tired is not about how old you are, it's not about your genetics, it's not about menopause — it's a gut issue.

I see you… bloated every day, wondering at 11pm what was in your dinner to make you feel so bad, wondering why you can't poo or wondering why you're pooing twenty times a day… well, maybe not that much, but too much.

Wondering what sized pants to put on in the morning because you're never sure how bad your bloating will be after lunch. Having a toilet app on your phone — just in case.

Not knowing what food to order when you go out.

Not wanting to be "that person" who can't just pick an item off the menu.

Waking up in the morning feeling like you've not slept.

Have you ever wondered why you struggle with gut problems but everyone else doesn't?

It's not genetics, it's not your age, it's not menopause — it's your gut trying to tell you there is something wrong.

Understanding how your gut works, why problems develop, and what foods can be problematic in particular gut conditions gives you the aha moment you're after. The aha moment when you know what food causes what reactions. The aha moment when you understand how your gut works so you know what to pick off the menu.

Imagine this…

Imagine not having to decide on clothing in the morning according to your lunch choices — you get to choose according to what you want to wear.

Imagine not having to consult your toilet app every time you leave the house.

Imagine having predictable bowels.

You don't need to imagine it — you'll be living it, because your IBS will finally be under control.

Inside this workshop, you'll find the exact gut triggers causing your bloating so you can de-bloat without medication or crazy diets — and finally fit in your jeans without it looking like you're six months pregnant.

In this workshop you will learn how your gut works, what foods may be causing your bloating (and you don't even realise it), and you'll get my 5-step system to return your gut to its happy place and stop the bloat for good.

Because living another day with bloating isn't normal. It's your body's warning sign.

Because what starts as bloating then turns into a rash on your wedding day, the need to do an urgent poo in public when there are no toilets, the brain fog when you are sitting in the interview room for your dream job.

When you stop the bloat now, your body starts to function as normal.
